Ordering

The small team at the Playcentre Shop prides itself on its personalised service and are always happy to answer any questions you may have.  

  • Prices include GST and are in NZ dollars.
  • Payments can be made with Mastercard, Visa, online banking or placed on account if your organisation has previously completed a Credit Application form (download here).
  • Delivery - We use Aramex Couriers and NZPost to deliver your orders and try to use the most competitive price between the two. Packaging is not charged for as we reuse packaging that comes into the shop from our suppliers. Large item freight costs will be quoted on an individual basis.
  • Once you have successfully completed your order you will receive a confirmation email. During the next business day, we will process your order and contact you if we have any questions regarding your order.
  • Quotes are available on request and prices are valid for 30 days.
  • Orders are processed in the Shop based in Christchurch and pickups need to be collected from this site.
  • Your order will normally be available for pickup or sent out to you within 2-5 days. Items that need to be ordered in or are made to order may take up to 15 days. In this case we will keep you informed about the expected date of delivery.
  • While we make every effort to hold sufficient stock of all our products, occasionally we may sell out or be waiting for a shipment to arrive. We will advise you by email within two business days to let you know when an out-of-stock item will be available. You may then choose to wait, select an alternative product or cancel your order.
  • PLAYCENTRE ORDERING In order for Playcentres to receive their Playcentre discount, orders must be placed using an account registered to the Playcentre email and select 'Pre-Approved Account' in the payment section. Please note that the discount will be applied when the order is processed so will not show up in the online shop.
