This kettle drum comes with a single drumstick. They originate from the Middle East and were introduced to India during the Mughal Empire. The same instrument also surfaced in medieval Europe as the Naker, and evolved into the military kettledrum and orchestral timpani over time. Please note that these are made of a heavy clay and are not a toy. Adult supervision is required.
