Refunds & Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to faulty workmanship or damage, you must advise us within 7 days and request authorisation to return the product to us. View our contact us details to get in touch with us.

Once you have obtained authorisation from us to return the item, it must be returned to us within 14 days in good condition and in the original display packaging. Items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to us.

We will either replace, exchange, or give you a refund for the cost of the product, but are not able to cover shipping or packaging charges. Replacements will be subject to stock availability.

Should you discover that a product does not meet your expectations or you bought the wrong item, please call us to discuss – we may be able to authorise a replacement.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The only warranty offered by The Playcentre Shop is a manufacturer’s warranty accompanying the goods should one exist. You should keep your invoice as proof of purchase in case you wish to make a claim in the future.

In any event, The Playcentre Shop’s liability under any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods.

If the goods have been acquired for business purposes, the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act do not apply.

Nothing in our terms is intended to have the effect of contracting out of the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 except to the extent permitted by that Act, and we have modified our terms to reflect our position.
